Q. I have already sent a request to subscribe – has this been
processed yet?

A. We always ensure that new subscriptions are processed as soon
as possible in order to minimise the waiting period for the first delivery.
However, due to the large number of subscriptions we receive this can
sometimes take several working days. Once your subscription has
been processed you will receive a confirmation letter or email. If you
do not receive confirmation please contact our Customer Services
team. If you are paying by Direct Debit the first payment will be taken
13 days after the subscription is processed, and all credit/debit card
payments will be taken within seven working days.
