Q: I have submitted two orders online but I only
want one. What do I need to do?
A: As long as the subscriptions were in the same name one
of them will be automatically discarded.
Q: When will I receive my subscription or back issues?
A: When payment has been debited delivery should be within
a maximum of 21 days.
Q: Do I have to subscribe again after
my first payment?
No, payments will continue to be taken until
you request that your subscription is cancelled.
Q: I want to cancel, what do I need to do?
You can write, phone or email us to let us know
you wish to cancel your subscription. We require
28 days’ notice, and request that any remaining
credit be used up.
Q: My magazines or free gifts
were damaged when they arrived
in the post, what do I need to do?
If you are a subscriber, please could you inform
us of your subscriber code and we can send
a replacement. You may be required to return
the damaged item to us using our freepost address.
If you do not subscribe please return your copy
to your newsagent for a replacement.
